Our venue pricing reflects seasonal demand and is thoughtfully structured to give you flexibility while planning your dream day:
Savings Season (January–April) — exceptional value with the same stunning Waterfront Park backdrop
Celebration Season (May–June and October–December) — the perfect balance of availability, atmosphere, and demand
Peak Celebration Season (July–September) — our most sought-after dates, offering the height of summer beauty and celebration

Prices below reflect the venue rental. All other services such as catering, décor, and labour are an additional price to be supplied by Simply Elegant.
Waterfront Pavillion
The pavilion’s capacity is 175 guests with a sit-down dinner setup. Available June to September.
Price is based on season starting from $2,000 to $8,000, 2026
Valleyview Terrace
The Valleyview Terrace can accommodate a maximum capacity of 125 people for a sit-down dinner. Available year-round.
Price is based on season starting from $1,500 to $4,000, 2026
Lakeside Theatre
The Lakeside Theatre Room can host a maximum of 250 people for a sit-down dinner. Available year-round.
Price is based on season starting from $2,000 to $5,000, 2026
