This outdoor tent space offers an amazing water fountain view and a gorgeous patio overlooking the lake, complemented by unique lighting and heel-friendly solid flooring. The pavilion’s capacity is 175 guests with a sit-down dinner setup. It includes a bar station with a Pro-Serve certified bartender, full bar glassware, and lounge furniture such as cocktail tables and patio furniture.
The host package, lasting up to 8 hours, features 5′ round tables, white resin chairs, setup and teardown, and covers the cleaning fee. The Waterfront Pavilion is a 40’x80′ clear span tent that retails at over $25,000 but ranges from $7,500 to $8,500 for up to 12-hour rental at Waterfront Park. Inquire to check for availability.
Waterfront Lawn and Belvedere
The outdoor ceremony area, the Waterfront Lawn and Belvedere (Gazebo) is not available for independent bookings but can be added on to your reception venue rental.
The rental price for up to 2 hours ranges from $1,000.00 and includes white folding chairs, a signing table with linen, a DJ table (if needed) with linen, an on-site venue host, and setup & teardown. Please inquire for the details of your booking.
The Valleyview Terrace
$3,500 to $4,500
The Valleyview Terrace can accommodate a maximum capacity of 125 people for a sit-down dinner. A 12-hour rental ranges from $3,500 to $4,500. Please inquire about the details of your booking. The rental price includes the use of the Fireside Lounge with its gorgeous 8′ copper fireplace, a venue host for up to 8 hours, setup and teardown, a cleaning fee, a Pro-Serve certified bartender, and the use of the terrace as an outdoor component.
Guests will also enjoy an amazing view of Loch McKinnon with a water fountain, a modern bar station, full bar glassware, on-site tables and chairs (including highchairs), an on-site sound system which includes a screen, projector, podium, and one wireless microphone, a coat check room, and handicap accessibility.

The Lakeside Theatre Room can host a maximum of 250 people for a sit-down dinner. A 12-hour rental ranges from $4,500 to $5,500. Please inquire about the details of your booking. The rental price for Lakeside Theater includes a venue host for up to 8 hours, setup and teardown, cleaning fee, a Pro-Serve certified bartender, and use of the covered patio with picnic tables as an outdoor component, boasting a fantastic view of Loch McKinnon.
Additional amenities include a modern bar station, full bar glassware, on-site tables and chairs (including highchairs), an onsite projector & screen, a coat check room, and handicap accessibility.
Simply Elegant is the sole service provider at Waterfront Park; we are your one-stop-shop for weddings, corporate or private events; providing services as catering, bar service, decorations, entertainment, lighting, valet and AV.

We usually average 1 alcoholic beverage per hour per guest – for a 5 hour event you are looking at 5 drinks per person – roughly $40. Subsidized bar or cash bar is also an option. Last call is at midnight, bar closes at 12.30am and guests have to be out by 1am.
Can be pretty minimal – average cost starting at around $10/person (for basic linen and napkins).

Background music starting at $500, DJ around $1,500– $1,700 depending on the duration of the wedding; we can also assist you finding a band or any other entertainment.
We add a mandatory security charge to any event where alcohol is served.
