What is included in the venue rental rate?

Your rental fee covers up to a 12-hour rental at Waterfront Park, which includes a venue host for up to 8 hours, full setup and tear-down, and the cleaning fee. The space also comes equipped with on-site tables and chairs (including highchairs), a coat check room, and full handicap accessibility.

Is there an outdoor area included with this space?

Yes, your rental includes the use of our covered patio as an exclusive outdoor component. The patio is furnished with picnic tables and boasts a fantastic view of Loch McKinnon for your guests to enjoy throughout the event.

Can we hire our own caterer or decorators?

No, to guarantee a flawless event execution, all catering, décor, and additional labour are exclusively supplied by Simply Elegant. Please note that the baseline venue rental price does not include these services, which are quoted at an additional price during your proposal process.
