Transparent Pricing for Your Budget Wedding
Planning an inexpensive wedding shouldn’t involve hidden fees. Our affordable wedding reception packages range from $90 to $125 per person (minimum 50 guests).
This includes your reception venue rental and your buffet menu package. It’s ideal for cost-conscious couples focused on the essentials: Venue, a satisfying dinner, white linens service and your own personal touches.

Venue Rental

Buffet Menu Package
A delicious, set menu per guest (no substitutions) designed to keep your budget wedding on track.
Catering Service
We provide 4 hours of buffet service. Our team will set up the buffet, clear dishes after dinner, remain discreet during speeches, and collect glassware once the dancing begins.
DIY - Personal Touches
Save money by bringing your own table florals and centerpieces! You’ll have access to the space 2 hours prior to your event for setup.
Note: To maintain a seamless experience, DIY is limited to table decor only. Please designate a trusted guest or family member to pack up and remove your DIY centerpieces at the conclusion of the evening.
Upgrade Your Event
- Bar: Enhance your inexpensive wedding reception by adding a Cash, Ticketed, or Full Bar.
- Entertainment: Elevate your event with our in-house sound system rental or upgrade to a professional DJ for a lively, vibrant experience.

To offer these highly budget-friendly wedding rates, Saturdays during peak season (June to September) are excluded. However, Sunday to Thursday bookings are wide open!

Each buffet dinner comes with service staff; a garden salad, 1 entree (add additional entree + $10) with a (choice of two), 2 side and 1 dessert, coffee and tea with water.

Can we bring our own caterer or alcohol?
Because Waterfront Park is a full-service venue, all food and beverage services must be handled by our trusted in-house partner, Simply Elegant. This ensures top-tier quality and seamless service for your budget-friendly wedding.
What is included in "standard tableware"?
Your package includes the essentials so you don’t have to rent them separately: tables, chairs, standard linens, plates, glassware, and silverware.
Are there any hidden fees?
We believe in full transparency. Your $90-$125 per person rate covers the reception venue and food. Please note that this base rate does not include your outdoor ceremony space, standard GST, or our service charge.
Can we book a Saturday?
To offer these affordable wedding rates, Saturdays during our peak season (June to September) are excluded. However, Sundays through Thursdays are available, as well as off-season Saturdays!
