Host your event at NW Calgary’s largest private venue. Our 4,000 sq. ft. lakeside pavilion tent and spacious Belvedere Lawn provide a stunning backdrop for company BBQs or Stampede-themed parties. We focus on providing exceptional value for weekday corporate functions available exclusively from Monday, July 7 to Thursday, July 10, 2025.

How to Book

Ensure your event date falls between Monday and Thursday and is between 100 and 500 guests.

All Packages Include

  • Exclusive Venue Access: A full 8-hour time slot for your event.
  • Lakeside Pavilion & Lawn: Our 4,000 sq. ft. event tent, plus the adjoining lawn and lakefront area.
  • Furniture: A complete setup of lounge furniture, picnic tables, round tables, cocktail tables, and chairs.
  • Catering Supplies: All necessary disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, and cups, plus serving equipment and table covers.
  • Bar Service: Access to our fully stocked bar. Reminder: You receive a 10% discount on the final bar tab.
  • Sound & Music: A pre-set playlist matching a summer theme. DJ services are available upon request.
  • On-Site Support: Our professional team is on-hand to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Important Details

  • Gratuity & Tax: A 15% gratuity and 5% GST will be added to the final invoice.
  • Cannabis Policy: As a private venue, cannabis consumption is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • Dietary Restrictions: To maintain our affordable package pricing, we cannot accommodate substitutions or special dietary requests. For severe allergies, we recommend guests provide their own food.
  • Food Portions: We are happy to consult with you on appropriate food quantities for your group size.

  • Package #1 – 250 to 500 guests start at $25 per guest plus catering 
  • Package #2 – 150 to 249 guests start at $35 per guest plus catering 
  • Package #3 – 100 to 149 guests start at $50 per guest plus catering
