It serves as an ideal outdoor setting for wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, or intimate cocktail receptions before transitioning to your main event.

Booking & Weather Note

The Belvedere Lawn & Gazebo is an exclusive add-on and cannot be booked independently; it must be added to a reception venue rental. Additionally, as an outdoor facility, perfect weather cannot be guaranteed; the safety of guests, employees, and property is always prioritized.

Can I book the Waterfront Lawn & Belvedere for just my ceremony?

No, the Belvedere Lawn and Gazebo cannot be booked independently. It is an exclusive add-on space and must be added to a primary reception venue rental, such as the Waterfront Pavilion, Lakeside Theatre, or Valleyview Terrace.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my event?

As an outdoor venue, this space is subject to weather constraints, and perfect weather cannot be guaranteed. The safety of our guests, employees, and property is always prioritized. When you book this space, you will work with the team to ensure a solid indoor backup plan is established within your primary reception venue.

Are ceremony chairs or a wedding arch included in the rental fee?

The add-on price of $700 to $1,500 (for 2027) reflects the baseline venue rental only. All other services, including ceremony seating, floral arrangements, décor, and setup labour, are an additional price and must be exclusively supplied by our dedicated partner, Simply Elegant.

When is the Waterfront Lawn & Belvedere available?

Because it is a fully outdoor setting featuring sweeping lawns and a classic gazebo, this space is only available to be added to your event during our summer season, from June to September.
