Step 1: Pick your Event Package
Review the available packages. Prepare to pick the one that works for your when you’re completing the form to submit your request. Check what’s included in all packages below.
- Package #1 – 250 to 500 guests start at $25 per guest plus catering with 15% food discount
- Package #2 – 150 to 249 guests start at $35 per guest plus catering with 10% food discount
- Package #3 – 100 to 149 guests start at $50 per guest plus catering
15% gratuity and 5% GST will be added

a 4000 sq ft fantastic tent with our amazing lawn and lake.
Event Furniture
Lounge furniture, picnic, round and cocktail tables, chairs.
Catering Equipment
Disposable plate, fork, knife, coffee cup, paper napkins, chafing dishes, serving ware and checkered plastic covers for the tables.
Bar
Great deal on all alcohol and get a 10% discount! Private property pot smoking allowed.
Music
We will provide a music theme list ready for your choice or ask us about our DJ service!
Decorations
Set theme is geared for summer cookouts.

- Special Requests & Allergies: We do not accommodate substitutions or special requests. We’re not responsible for allergen-related concerns and strongly recommend bringing your own food if you have dietary restrictions.
- Food Quantity: While we can’t predict your guests’ appetites, we’re happy to work with you to determine appropriate portion sizes.
